Machine function introduction:
The six-head spout bag filling machine is a highly automated packaging equipment that can simultaneously complete a series of core processes such as automatic bagging, precise quantitative filling, vacuum nitrogen filling for preservation, and heat sealing of the spouts for spout bags. It integrates high efficiency, precision and hygiene, and is widely used in the packaging of liquid and semi-fluid products in the food, beverage, daily chemical and other industries.
Equipment advantages:
1.Chinese and English touch screen display, intuitive and simple operation.
2.PLC computer control system, more stable operation, any parameter can be adjusted without stopping the machine.
3.20 sets of parameters can be stored, and the product variety can be changed more accurately.
4.Servo motor filling is used for more accurate accuracy.
5.Servo motor capping is used for better control and adjustment of the screwing force.
6.Production of bag feeding, filling, capping, capping and coding (optional) are completed in one go.
7.Interchangeable molds for different packaging material specifications (optional)
8.The machine program reserves two types of electric and pneumatic feeding system program control (customer-provided or optional feeding pumps available)
