Premade bag vacuum packaging-granules with liquid
Our machine featuring a multi-station rotary design, this system enables precise collaborative packaging of solid and liquid materials. Solids are automatically measured and discharged via conveyors or dispenser, while liquids are quantitatively filled by liquid pumps. After discharging and filling at independent stations, products enter the sealed vacuum chamber. The unique chamber structure ensures high vacuum levels for solid-liquid mixed packaging, effectively preventing oxidation and leakage. Each station has dedicated functions, working in tandem with food-grade sealing components to guarantee long-term stable operation. Ideal for complex packaging applications like pickled foods and ready meals.
